Rising summer temperatures can create additional challenges for manufacturing companies. Combined with the European holiday season, higher energy costs and changes in workforce availability, the summer months can put considerable pressure on production processes.

02 Consistent and Stable Performance
Higher ambient temperatures can place additional demands on machine stability and process control.
The NEO·EII is equipped with a high-response, high-precision servo control system and provides 0.01 mm mold-opening repeatability. This level of precision helps maintain consistent molding conditions during continuous production.
Precise control throughout injection and holding-pressure processes contributes to stable cycle times, consistent part quality and predictable production results.
03 Improved Internal Cooling
Higher summer temperatures can also increase thermal stress on the machine's internal electrical systems.
The NEO·EII's standard Energy Recovery System recovers energy generated during operation while also helping limit heat accumulation inside the electrical cabinet.
Maintaining lower internal temperatures reduces thermal stress on important electrical components, which can contribute to a longer component lifespan and more reliable operation under demanding, high-temperature conditions.
