Therefore, it was carried out in a special two-component version. The frame from the ASA / PC mix gives it a large, solid base for a 10.1-inch touch screen, which ensures a minimum twist even in high temperature fluctuations. The frame is surrounded by a protective edge from the TPU, which protects TeachBox from strong blows.  |
| 108 | Comparison of stress-deformation statesThe stress-deformation state of the product in operation can be determined by simulations or measurements. In the article, we present both approaches on the anti-vibration framework. We selected several measuring points on the framework on which we measured the deformation state in predetermined load cases. Measurements were performed using measuring roses and strain gauges. At some measuring points, the results of the simulations were compared with the measurement results obtained with measuring roses and strain gauges glued in the direction of the main specific deformations. The remaining measuring points were selected in the geometric passage area because we were interested in the match between the results of the simulations and measurements with the strain gauges at the stress concentration points.  |
